All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed, except in the limited circumstances described below.
Exceptions
- Out of stock: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable and we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund.
- Mutual agreement: A refund may be issued only if both you and Sense Coffee come to a mutual agreement to refund the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund according to the agreed resolution.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
