Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed, except in the limited circumstances described below.

Exceptions

  • Out of stock: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable and we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund.
  • Mutual agreement: A refund may be issued only if both you and Sense Coffee come to a mutual agreement to refund the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund according to the agreed resolution.

Refund Processing
